Sustainable Food Truck Challenge

Sustainable Food Truck Challenge is a fun and engaging lesson plan that teaches students about sustainable food systems and their role in promoting healthy and sustainable food choices. In this sequence of lessons and activities, students will design their own sustainable food truck, considering the carbon, water, and resource footprints of their menu items and operations. This challenge develops teamwork, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills while educating students about sustainability in the food industry, promoting healthier and more sustainable dietary habits.​
